The company's purpose is to develop, produce and distribute systems for printing on web-shaped materials and decorative surfaces as well as for packaging printing. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches and subsidiaries, acquire, manage or sell properties and real estate, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
