The company's purpose is the acquisition, administration, and management of interests in all types of companies and enterprises, whether real estate, commercial, financial, industrial, or other, in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, take interests in, and more generally participate in, all enterprises or companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; carry out or have carried out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable, or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, or likely to promote its development, including leasing goods on an annual or seasonal basis, it being specified that any acquisition of immovable property in Switzerland may only take place in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE); and provide financial assistance, including loans, advances, guarantees, or securities of all kinds to its partners, affiliated companies, or third parties.
