The purpose of the company is to make investments in start-up companies and other companies, both domestically and abroad; to support the growth of portfolio companies, including through business development, technology development, and management support; and to plan and execute cooperations, joint research projects, and joint business activities with portfolio companies. The company may participate in other enterprises, as well as acquire, utilize, manage, and dispose of real estate and intangible property rights. It may establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and abroad, and may also perform all legal actions that the company's purpose may entail or that are suitable to promote its development or that of group companies. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, its direct or indirect shareholders, and companies in which these are directly or indirectly involved. This financing may be in the form of loans or other financing, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and may also provide securities of any kind for their liabilities, including through pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets, or through guarantees of any kind, whether for compensation or not. The company is part of a group and may, in pursuing its corporate purpose, take into account the interests of the group.
