The company's purpose is: all real estate and movable property transactions, in particular the purchase, sale, construction, promotion and development of buildings, as well as the acquisition of participations in building companies, with the exception of transactions prohibited in Switzerland by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); the execution of all mandates for real estate management, expertise and valuation of buildings, administration of condominium properties, and real estate brokerage; all activities in the fields of accounting and fiduciary services. The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, and carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also carry out all financial, fiduciary, commercial or industrial, movable and immovable property transactions related to the realization of its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
