The association networks employee and professional associations and represents the interests of employees in service and knowledge professions and in the MEM industry on a political level in the areas of education, economy and work. It advocates for a collaborative relationship between employees and employers. It fulfills this function by identifying relevant topics for the represented professionals, among other things, evaluating the political dimension and preparing and assisting in the implementation of corresponding measures at the political level. These measures can take the form of information, networking, or political demands. The association can carry out all activities and tasks necessary and appropriate to promote the association's purpose. The association is not profit-oriented and does not pursue any business, self-help, or commercial purposes.
