The purpose of the association is to promote digitalization in the canton of Grisons. To this end, the networking of the various areas of industry, services, education and administration is to be supported. The establishment and cooperation of ecosystems are also to be promoted, and digital instruments are to be developed and used for this purpose. In order to achieve this purpose, the association may establish and dissolve companies, acquire and sell shares, and obtain or provide professional services. In pursuing its purpose, the association shall cooperate with existing organizations at home and abroad. However, the association shall always restrict itself to pursuing public and non-profit purposes and shall not pursue commercial goals.
