In Switzerland and/or abroad, (i) any commercial operation related to engineering and consulting in technologies, design, development and supply of technological solutions, technical assistance, provision of services mainly in the fields of modernization, digitalization and automation of processes, data governance; (ii) to file, acquire, hold and sell patents and/or all intellectual property rights (trademarks, etc.) and to acquire, hold and grant licenses; (iii) to provide technical assistance and management services related to its commercial operations; (iv) to grant (a) loans and/or any other form of financing or (b) guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more associates, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if it promotes the interests of the company.
