The company's purpose is the rental of cars and other vehicles. It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations that serve to promote the purpose and interest of the company, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies, grant loans or guarantees to its associates or companies of the same group, and conclude all contracts that serve to develop or achieve its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
