Its focus is on the observance and enforcement of human rights, working according to the United Nations' Charter for Human Rights. The association develops peace activities and relies on dialogue and negotiation. The association establishes economic contacts, helping companies to strengthen economically and promote mutual acceptance in a win-win situation. It accompanies economic cooperations that serve international cooperation. The association develops and promotes the exchange of knowledge and economic leadership experience to bring European qualifications closer to a common market-based thinking and acting. In doing so, the association attaches great importance to high economic morality. The association develops educational concepts for better education in Europe and other countries, which is a component of peacekeeping. The association initiates the transfer of technologies, innovations and competencies as well as economic and social structures on an international level.
