The purpose of the branch is to act as a central operating unit in the European region by controlling the subsidiaries and companies of the head office, which perform local functions on behalf of the head office, including but not limited to trade, processing, production, sales, distribution and provision of services related to cleaning products, care products, detergents, hygiene products, chemical and non-chemical products as well as all related or associated products or equipment; cooperation with and financing and management of companies and other businesses; provision of consulting and other services related to the activities mentioned above; acquisition, use and/or disposal of commercial and intellectual property rights as well as registered assets; borrowing, lending and raising funds, as well as entering into contracts related to these activities; and carrying out all that is connected with or conducive to the foregoing.
