The company may participate in a centralized treasury management system, allowing it to provide or receive loans or other financing from shareholders who directly or indirectly control it, as well as from subsidiaries it directly or indirectly controls, to grant them security of any kind to guarantee their obligations, and to provide services also in the interest of other members of the groups that own it.
