The company's purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is to make all investments (i) indirectly in private and public funds, (ii) directly in listed and private companies' shares, (iii) in real estate, including the purchase, sale, rental and participation in development projects, the indirect and direct financing of companies, development projects in the form of equity and debt, as well as providing operational and financial advisory services to individuals, companies and investment funds. The company may, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
