The company's purpose is, in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE): a) to acquire, hold, manage and sell participations, in all forms, in all commercial enterprises of any nature, industrial, financial, movable and immovable; b) to purchase, sell, import, export and market in general any goods, products or services; c) to purchase, sell, construct, develop and exploit real estate; d) to develop, hold, manage and sell intellectual property rights, in any form; e) to provide all services and advice in the areas mentioned under letters a) to d) above. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: - as to their location - in Switzerland or abroad; - as to their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable, it being specified that real estate transactions can only be carried out within the limits of the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) or intellectual property or services; - as to their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also create branches or subsidiaries, conclude loan agreements with its associates or third parties, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this favors its interests.
