The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests. It may acquire real estate and carry out all real estate transactions, except for those prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. If it acquires agricultural real estate, it is also subject to the restrictions of the Federal Law on Rural Land Rights.
