The company's purpose is the operation of an agricultural estate, as well as the performance of agricultural work for third parties. The company may take participations in any enterprises, exercise any activities, and assume any functions that have a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or to third parties, if this promotes its interests. It may acquire agricultural real property within the limits of the Swiss Federal Law on Real Rights (ZGB) and with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Swiss Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (Lex Koller).
