The company's purpose is to engage in all activities related to building renovation, in particular plastering, painting and peripheral insulation work; home automation; all cleaning, hygiene and maintenance services in the field of building maintenance. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable property transactions, except those prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) and conduct all transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
