Providing contributions to the education and training of exceptionally gifted apprentices, students and professionals who are residents of Brittnau and would not otherwise have access to such resources; if necessary, providing contributions to needy residents of Brittnau who are of pensionable age; financial support for cultural projects in the municipality of Brittnau or by residents of Brittnau, provided that no or insufficient public funds are available for the respective project.
