The company provides services in the area of asset management and administration as well as any related business consulting. It only manages its own internal assets and therefore does not engage in activities requiring authorization from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or dispose of real estate, and enter into any transactions and conclude any contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the company.
