The company also develops software and programs for the analysis and organization of specific training for sports. The company may also provide marketing activities and initiate collaborations and partnerships with educational and academic institutions, agencies and companies active in the sports or sports-economic sector. The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches and establish subsidiaries, participate in Swiss or foreign companies, represent third parties, as well as carry out any activity and conclude any agreement that may be useful to promote the purpose of the company, or that are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may acquire, hold, encumber and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, in accordance with the restrictions imposed by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LAFE).
