The purpose of the foundation is to provide support and contributions to the following beneficiaries: a) employees of Wander AG, based in Neuenegg, in the event of disability, accident, illness, and unemployment; b) retired employees of Wander AG, in the event of old age, disability, accident, and illness; c) employees and retired employees of Wander AG, in the event of disability, accident, or illness of their spouse, minor or disabled children, or other persons who are significantly supported by them; d) in the event of the death of employees and retired employees of Wander AG, the legal heirs, the divorced spouse, and other persons who were significantly supported by them; e) support for social institutions used by employees of Wander AG, or their spouse, minor or disabled children, or other persons who are significantly supported by them; f) employees and retired employees of Wander AG for other purposes to be decided by the foundation board, which have a connection to the employees in relation to the areas of activity of Wander AG.
