The foundation aims to preserve the historic property at Trittligasse 19, Zurich, as a residential building. The property at Trittligasse 19 is to be maintained in consideration of monument protection and contribute to the enrichment of the urban landscape. The property is to be rented to middle-class families, including those with children, in accordance with the existing residential division. The apartments are not intended to serve as secondary residences for tenants. The foundation aims to enable tenants to live in a historic building at moderate rents. The foundation may also participate in the renovation of protected residential buildings in the German-speaking region of Switzerland. Furthermore, the foundation may acquire additional historic buildings and make them available for residential use in accordance with the foundation's purpose.
