The foundation aims to provide economic assistance to the physical and spiritual relatives of the founder, within the framework of the following provisions. Physical relatives within the meaning of this statute are understood to be those descendants of Hans Ulrich Sprenger-Flach (1801-1877), a farmer from Neftenbach (Canton of Zurich), who have maintained or still maintain a lasting connection to the ancestral home Frohhof in Neftenbach, either personally or through their parents. However, my cousin Gottfried Gut, born on May 9, 1877, and my two godchildren Hulda and Meta Sprenger, as well as their biological, adopted or foster children, are considered physical relatives without further ado. Spiritual relatives are considered to be the remaining former members of the Swiss National Association of Free Christian Scientists. The foundation board decides on the question of whether a person is physically or spiritually related to the founder in the sense of these provisions.
