The foundation grants financial contributions to education and maintenance from its income (in exceptional cases from its capital) to young people who appear suitable and in need; also supports needy older people within the limits of its possibilities. Instead of making contributions to individual natural persons, it can also provide such contributions to charitable institutions with the same or similar purpose. In its charitable activities, it should consider persons of Israeli origin or institutions of Israeli character extensively (but by no means exclusively).
