to provide all services and engage in all activities in the field of establishment, administration and management of companies, trusts and similar legal structures, in particular for family members, in Switzerland and abroad, to offer fiduciary, accounting, administrative and advisory services as well as the exercise of all trustee functions in this context and within the limits of Articles 2 paragraph 2 letter a) LEFin and 4 paragraph 2 OEFin; the company may also, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in and, more generally, participate in all companies and entities having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, carry out for its own account or for the account of third parties who are members of a single family any financial, commercial or real estate transaction (excluding transactions related to the acquisition of real estate by foreign persons), directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, and grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of companies of the same group or third parties who are members of a single family, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets.
