It may engage in all financial, commercial or industrial activities, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, open branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
