The company may conduct trust transactions, manage properties, acquire participations in other companies and conduct all commercial, financial and other transactions that are intended and suitable to promote and facilitate the development of the company and the achievement of its purpose. The company may grant loans or credits to its direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies, conclude cash pooling agreements with them and provide securities of all kinds for their liabilities to third parties.
