The company's purpose is any activity in the real estate sector, in particular development, promotion, general contractor contracts, management, trade, i.e. purchase and sale, renovation, transformation and construction of any real estate object both in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as any fiduciary activity. The company may: participate in all companies and carry out all mobile, real estate, financial, industrial and commercial transactions directly or indirectly related to the realization of its purpose; grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it serves its interests; open branches in Switzerland and abroad.
