The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is: a) to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of all properties and real estate companies, the study, design, planning and execution, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, of projects in the real estate sector; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - in direct or indirect relation to the above-mentioned purpose, as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
