The company's purpose is to carry out all construction and renovation work on buildings. It also aims to buy, sell and develop movable properties and to carry out all real estate transactions, except for those prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity that has a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may in particular establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that serve to develop and expand its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, as well as grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this serves its interests.
