The company's purpose is to operate a construction business, in particular planning, building, selling, renting, operating and managing hotels, restaurants, medical practices and other properties, as well as trading in food and consumer goods of all kinds, and providing related services. The sale and rental of properties is limited to plots of land that qualify as permanent business establishments within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a. BewG. The company may also participate in, found, acquire and merge with other companies of any kind in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, encumber and dispose of properties and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, and establish branches and agencies in Switzerland or abroad by resolution of the Board of Directors.
