The purpose of the company is the planning, design, construction, maintenance and sale of installations of all kinds in the fields of high-voltage and low-voltage technology, measurement and control technology, building management systems, energy management systems, renewable energies, e-mobility, security, communication and IT. The purpose also includes all activities that serve to promote the main purpose, in particular the provision of corresponding services. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. In particular, the company can grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide security of all kinds for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or not. The company can acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
