The Association's purpose is to: (i) establish the technological framework for deploying a decentralized Dusa voting protocol (Protocol) and the associated user interface enabling decentralized governance; (ii) to this end, propose to the decentralized community (the Community) the basic parameters for the issuance of a governance token called Dusa; (iii) propose the decentralized governance rules of the Protocol to the Community that will operate it; (iv) acquire, hold, license and/or manage intellectual property rights protecting the interface, the Protocol and/or other rights (the Rights); (v) propose to the Community the conditions for accessing the Rights for third parties; (vi) ensure the organization, governance, maintenance, security and proper functioning of the Protocol and the user interface based on the decisions made by the Community; (vii) promote the interests of its members in consultation procedures in Switzerland and abroad for the development of national and foreign laws concerning the regulation of blockchain technology and, in particular, decentralized projects. Under no circumstances will the Association have the purpose of controlling, monitoring, organizing, operating, managing or administering the Protocol. This mission belongs exclusively to the Community, which makes its decisions in accordance with the Protocol's governance rules. The Association is non-profit, but may engage in commercial activities.
