The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is to engage in all activities and provide all services in the field of photography, in particular the design, production, and post-processing of images, as well as artistic direction and the creation of visual content for brands, media, and individuals; all activities in the field of event management (photo and video shoots, fashion shows, etc.) and all image and styling consulting services. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, and real estate transactions (except for those prohibited by the LFAIE), and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may also grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
