The company's purpose is to construct buildings of all kinds as a general contractor, to develop building land, to finance buildings, to buy and sell as well as to develop and market properties in Switzerland and abroad. Excluded from this is the purchase of properties that require a permit under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad of December 16, 1983 (SR 211.412.41). The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, found subsidiaries, participate in related companies, acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and sell intellectual property rights, and furthermore carry out all legal transactions that may be necessary to achieve the company's purpose, in particular to grant financing to affiliated and other companies, provide securities of all kinds or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these companies.
