The purpose of the company is to provide financial intermediary activities, in particular credit business and payment transaction services, but this does not include any activity that requires a license from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), as well as the direct or indirect financing and participation in companies of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad, in particular in companies of the forwarding and transport industry. It can establish companies, participate in existing affiliated or related companies, either as a majority or minority shareholder, and finance them. The company is authorized to acquire, manage and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
