The organization, promotion and production of cultural and artistic activities. To this end, it realizes and manages theatrical seasons, exhibitions, film reviews, conferences, debates and events of all kinds for the achievement and dissemination of its cultural and artistic objectives. It also organizes, promotes and produces, in the specific field of dance and ballet, events, educational and professional training activities. The association will make use of the space of the Teatro San Materno in Ascona to design, create cultural projects and events, with particular attention to the relationships and paths north/south, mixing languages, stories, experiences and different audiences. It will strive for citizen participation and territorial enhancement to provide stimuli, emotions and knowledge to live better in one's time: The theater is a proposal of how the world should be (J. Grotowsky). The association may also, exclusively for the purpose of contributing to the realization of its goals: promote cultural exchanges with other associations, entities or organizations with similar objects; organize dance courses, stages, workshops, conferences and competitions, establishing, if necessary, a company; enter into contracts and agreements with public and private entities for the organization and realization of cultural events; identify sponsorships or advertising partnerships for financial support and coverage of the costs of implementing cultural initiatives; carry out any other activity, in compliance with the institutional purposes and statutory objectives, which are considered useful for achieving the associative goals.
