The company's purpose is to operate a transportation business, civil engineering and construction works, purchasing, selling, importing and exporting construction goods, acquiring and selling all real estate within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them in a general manner, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
