The company's purpose is: a) to operate a goods transport business by road (in particular by truck); b) to store various goods and all related logistics activities; c) to sell, buy, import and export vehicles of all kinds; d) to operate a garage and body shop as well as all related services (repair of light and heavy vehicles and two-wheelers) and all vehicle breakdown services. The company may, in direct or indirect connection with its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, participate in all companies or activities in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
