The branch aims to: a. offer affordable energy solutions for companies, hotels and private individuals, mainly in developing countries, using renewable energy and energy storage solutions; b. establish and acquire other companies, participate in them, cooperate with them, manage them and finance (or organize the financing) of such other companies, regardless of their legal form; c. grant and receive loans, manage and dispose of registrable assets and rights, and provide security, also for debts of other persons; d. carry out all other actions that are related to the above in the broadest sense of the word or may be useful for them.
