The company has the following purpose: provision of services and advice in the administrative, accounting, financial, economic, payroll, pension, social insurance and establishment of pension plans and all services related to these activities; representation and brokerage, trade and brokerage, in the real estate and financial sectors, with the exception of actions prohibited by the LFAIE; commercial activities, purchase, sale, rental and import-export, in Switzerland and abroad, of all types of goods, in particular durable consumer goods. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking a stake in similar companies.
