The company's purpose is to carry out all operations and activities in the field of real estate, to the extent permitted by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), including in particular the purchase, sale, rental and promotion of real estate, real estate brokerage, property management, administration of condominium properties, management of renovation projects, as well as all other services related to the main purpose. The company may also: - carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it; - establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - take an interest, in any form, in similar companies; and - grant loans to shareholders or third parties.
