The company's purpose is to provide drinking water and fire extinguishing water. To this end, it operates the facilities it owns or leases, which are used to capture, manage, treat, transport, store and distribute water. Its customers are responsible for delivering water to users and fire protection through hydrants in their service area. In order to achieve this purpose, the company has, in particular, the following tasks: a) it builds, operates, maintains and renovates the facilities for capturing, treating, transporting, storing, remote control and quality control of the water from the deep wells it owns or leases; b) it may study and implement the necessary infrastructure for the optimal operation of other water resources, subject to agreement with their current operator. The company may establish branches in Switzerland; acquire, participate in, or merge with other legal entities with an identical or similar purpose, provided they have their registered office in Switzerland and are exempt from tax for public utility or public service purposes; acquire, manage and dispose of real estate; carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
