The company's purpose is the administration, distribution and promotion of economic and financial structures and processes that facilitate the implementation of measures to protect the Amazon rainforest and, more broadly, measures to protect the climate, as well as the acquisition, administration and exploitation of participations in national and foreign companies, the trade of all movable and immovable goods, and the provision of related advisory, financing, management, planning and coordination tasks, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) (for full purpose see articles of association).
