ECIJA

The purpose of the association is: a) To coordinate the various ECIJA locations with the aim, among other things, of ensuring that the services provided are known in detail, that synergies are created, and that ECIJA is recognized by third parties as a leading global brand in the field of legal services; b) To determine the forums, working groups, and internal commissions necessary for the proper functioning of ECIJA; c) To establish the quality standards of the members as well as the mechanisms for verifying compliance with these standards; d) To evaluate and conclude agreements or alliances with other law firms or organizations; e) To establish new members, provided they are not based in the territory of a country where one of the members has a branch; f) To regulate representation in international forums or events (e.g. IBA); g) To determine the essential conditions for ECIJA's inclusion in international directories; h) To establish the personnel and material resources necessary for the proper functioning of the association; and i) To perform all other tasks required in connection with the aforementioned purpose.
