To safeguard, through the joint action of its members, all operators in the various branches of construction and real estate, the economic interests of its members, in particular by providing them with job and income opportunities, through the promotion, construction, rental and sale of all types of properties, for residential, commercial or industrial purposes, with particular attention to products of proven ecological quality and to building materials most suitable for energy saving. In the construction and renovation of properties, the company will give priority to cooperative members in awarding contracts for works. The operating procedures for construction works and collaboration among operators will be defined by an ad hoc internal regulation.
