All management services, in particular in the areas of accounting, strategy, finance, law and technology; the acquisition, holding and management of participations, exclusively in companies with purely commercial purposes, excluding any real estate company and in compliance with the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may also, as a secondary purpose: carry out all commercial, industrial, financial and consulting operations having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development, and create branches in Switzerland or abroad; grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, provide guarantees or guarantee any commitment made by its shareholders or third parties.
