The Company conducts its business in accordance with the objectives of the group to the extent possible. Therefore, the Company may, in the interest of the group companies or any of them (including group companies that hold it, directly or indirectly, as well as their direct or indirect subsidiaries), enter into contracts and, in particular, grant loans or other forms of financing to these group companies and provide all kinds of securities for their obligations, including through pledges, transfers or assignments for security purposes of the Company's assets or through guarantees of any kind, whether for consideration or not. It may engage in all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to the Company's purpose. It may take all measures that are intended to promote the Company's purpose or are related thereto.
