The company provides wealth management and asset management services within the meaning of Article 17, paragraph 1 of the Federal Act on Financial Institutions, in particular in connection with movable assets deposited with banks or other financial institutions, and real estate. The company may also carry out all financial management operations for the account of third parties; the acquisition of participations as well as all fiduciary activities for the account of third parties and all commercial transactions. However, the company may not hold real estate or rights in residential properties in Switzerland within the meaning of the LFAIE.
