Direct and indirect participation in companies of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad in the field of construction and the brokerage of projects in this field, as well as the acquisition, purchase and sale of properties and real estate in Switzerland and abroad (in Switzerland, excluding legal transactions that fall under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad). The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may acquire, manage, encumber and sell properties, intellectual property rights and licenses of all kinds.
