The company's purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is: the purchase of land or properties for resale or rental, general sales and management of real estate; the development of real estate projects, from land acquisition to construction and sale of new buildings, such as houses, apartments, offices or shopping centers; the renovation and rehabilitation of existing properties to improve their value or adapt them to new uses; and real estate promotion by taking charge of the entire process of developing a real estate project, from design to marketing. The company may also carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial or movable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
